Patterson Print Shops operates pattersonprintshop.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order information — name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the artwork or files you upload.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location and device type, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.

How we use it

• To produce, price, proof and deliver your order.
• To contact you about proofs, order status and pickup or delivery.
• To send occasional offers, if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your artwork with anyone outside the production of your order.

Who we share it with

Only vendors needed to run the business: payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx), email delivery, print vendors when a job is produced offsite, and analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) in aggregate form.

Your artwork

Files you upload are stored so we can reprint reorders. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your shop location, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart will stop working.

Your rights

California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email patrick@pattersonprintshop.org and we will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
